For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a:
E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility includes:
Control, development, and optimization of our internet booking dialogue
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our internet booking dialogue
Use of web analytics, tracking and reporting tools to identify optimization potential and derive actionable measures
Development and implementation of direct marketing measures, focusing on the customer journey and customer reviews
Implementation of direct marketing initiatives both digitally and in print on board our ferries
Identification and implementation of AI and automation use cases in E-Commerce and digital marketing
Continuous monitoring of digital trends, technologies and evolving customer behavior
Assistance in the formulation and management of the annual marketing plan
Independent management of projects
Collaboration with other departments, such as Hotel Operations and Software Development
To be expected:
Successfully completed vocational training in E-Commerce or an equivalent qualification
Alternatively, a successfully completed degree specializing in marketing
Professional experience in digital commerce is desirable but not mandatory
Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to work
Analytical skills and excellent technical understanding
Creative thinking and good communication skills in German and English
Affinity for modern technologies
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
