Officer (Supply Chain Management)

1. Gather initial purchase order information and coordinate basic documents for system entry.
2. Collect cost price information and historical purchase records for pricing purposes.
3. Gather and prepare raw material procurement data according to forecasts and purchase orders, supporting production and delivery continuity.
4. Record stock levels in the system and verify the completeness of goods receipt and dispatch documents.
5. Record delivery dates and gather delivery evidence for forwarding to the relevant team.
6. Record and track delivery complaints or issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
7. Responsible for special tasks outside of routine duties as assigned and within the scope of the position, utilizing existing skills and competencies and prioritizing tasks to support departmental goals.

Qualifications: Male / Female Age 20 -28 Year Bachelor's degree Have experience minimum 0 -2 year Can use computer Ms. excel / Word / email and internet Have driving License Can speak English
