Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, Costing, Inventory, and Intercompany Transactions.
  • Handle monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
  • Perform and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Profit & Loss analysis, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and supported by proper documentation.

Tax & Compliance

  • Manage all tax and compliance requirements, (PND.1, PND.3, PND.50, PND.51, PND.53, PND.54, PP30, PP36)
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Department, auditors, and relevant government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Manage company cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to support business operations.
  • Monitor financial risks and recommend improvement actions.

Cost Accounting & Inventory Control

  • Review product costing, inventory valuation, and Work in Process (WIP).
  • Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Support inventory count activities and investigate variances.

Human Resources & Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
  • Supervise all administrative functions to support smooth business operations.
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate departmental KPIs

Qualifications: Male-Female Age 40 Years Up Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting. CPD License is required. Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong experience in month-end and year-end closing processes. Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory control, and WIP management. Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory compliance. Experience coordinating with auditors, government authorities, and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and people management skills. Experienced in management or knowledgeable in human resources. Experienced in using accounting software (Express or others). Experienced in using HR software (B-plus or others). Good command of English communication (written and spoken). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
