Mobility Operations Technician

Job Description We are expanding our team in Spain and are looking for responsible, observant individuals with excellent driving skills to participate in an international project within the mobility sector. The position is oriented towards professionals who enjoy working in structured environments, following defined procedures, and collaborating in the collection of high-quality information. In addition to driving activities, the position requires observational capacity, precision in documentation, and a strong commitment to safety. A full-time employment contract is offered, along with specialized training and the opportunity to gain experience in international projects with innovative technologies.

Main Responsibilities Drive and supervise vehicles during assigned routes.

Follow established routes, operating procedures, and schedules.

Maintain constant attention to vehicle behavior and road conditions.

Intervene in driving when necessary to ensure safety.

Record observations, incidents, and relevant events accurately and in detail.

Use mobile applications, digital tools, and systems integrated into the vehicle.

Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure the quality of the collected data.

Strictly comply with all safety regulations and project procedures.

Maintain a professional attitude oriented toward continuous improvement.

Requirements European Union citizenship.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Availability to travel to the United States to participate in initial training (visa provided by the company).

Good level of English to communicate with international teams.

Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.

Ability to remain focused during long periods of driving.

Basic knowledge of digital tools, smartphones, and productivity applications.

Excellent driving habits and great attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision.

Will be valued Knowledge of advanced driver assistance systems.

Experience working in structured and process-oriented environments.

Familiarity with data collection or operational reporting.

Professional experience as a driver in demanding environments.
