Recruiter

We invite a recruiter to join an international team working on foreign projects in various fields. This is a role for those interested in working with different types of positions — from drivers for field projects to specialists in IT and logistics.

Requirements Previous experience in the field of recruiting is not required. English language at level B2 and above (the vast majority of vacancies are for foreign clients). Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage. Proficient PC skills. High level of self-organization and effective time management. Attention to detail, responsibility. Creative approach and result orientation.

Responsibilities Full recruitment cycle for positions of different levels and directions. Active sourcing of candidates through job platforms, social networks, and alternative channels. Conducting initial screenings and communication with candidates at all stages of the process. Coordination of interviews and supporting candidates until the hiring stage. Working with large volumes of information and maintaining recruitment documentation.
