You combine technology with economic efficiency, recognize optimization potential, and bring projects to their goal — pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with a high degree of personal responsibility.

In doing so, you will work on topics such as:

• AI strategies and digital processes.
• Automation and process optimization.
• Smart Factory and production.
• Energy efficiency and sustainable supply concepts.
• SAP-supported business processes.
• Technical investment and infrastructure projects.

In short: You shape structures instead of just managing existing processes.

Your tasks:

• Actively help shape the digital further development of the company.
• Identify AI and automation potential and put it into practice.
• Plan and control technical projects as well as investment measures in plant engineering and warehousing.
• Analyze, improve, and automate production and business processes.
• Further develop our SAP landscape (S/4HANA, BW, B1).
• Create business cases as well as cost-benefit analyses.
• Successfully implement projects regarding time, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate and control external service providers.
• Request, evaluate, and negotiate offers.
• Accompany maintenance work and technical measures.
• Report results, key figures, and project progress directly to the management.

What you bring:

For us, what counts is a sound technical understanding, a structured and pragmatic way of working, and the ability to drive topics forward independently and implement them successfully. Ideally, you already have experience in several of the mentioned fields of activity.

Your profile

• A completed degree in the field of process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, Applied Artificial Intelligence, business administration, Data Science, computer science with an AI focus, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in technical project management or in digitalization projects.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Experience in a production environment or plant engineering is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of key figures and economic efficiency.
• A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and driving topics forward independently.
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance towards internal and external contacts.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
