To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified Recruiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Placement and maintenance of job advertisements via existing channels and identification and establishment of new sourcing channels for recruiting
• Cost controlling and budget monitoring with regard to recruiting expenditures
• Support the management in personnel planning and personnel budgeting
• Preparation of HR KPIs and regular reporting to the management regarding human resources and recruiting activities
• Management of the applicant process from the creation of requirement profiles & job advertisements to contract drafting
• Planning and implementation of company and team events
• Drafting of work instructions and process documentation
• Formulation of a recruiting and personnel strategy in cooperation with the management

You bring with you:

• A degree in the field of economics, psychology, pedagogy, social sciences with a focus on personnel, or commercial training with further training as a personnel specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in the field of HR management & recruiting
• Comprehensive knowledge of common recruitment instruments and trends
• You are empathetic, persistent, resilient, stress-tested, and have a sense for the organizational structure of companies
• A customer- and service-oriented personality with an eye for detail
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools
• Proficient in handling social media
• Independent, responsible way of working within a team
• English skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge of labor law
