The energy transition is fundamentally changing mobility infrastructure. TSG is at the heart of this movement: the company designs, builds, and maintains everything needed to deliver fuel, electricity, and hydrogen to end users. The new Business Performance & Transformation Director will build the financial and operational structure required to realize the Northern European growth agenda of PE shareholder TSG.

About TSG

TSG - short for Technical Services Group - is building the energy distribution infrastructure of the future. Customers come to TSG for the technology and its integration: fuel pumps, charging solutions, payment systems, and the software that connects everything. The company started with traditional fuel, but new energy now accounts for approximately half of the revenue, which totals around 1.5 billion euros.

With about seven thousand employees in over thirty countries, TSG is a market leader in Europe. Operations are organized into regional clusters with a high degree of autonomy, and each country has a strong local sales organization. The Northern European cluster covers the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Nordics, and the Baltic states, and totals about twelve hundred employees. Strategic and operational decisions are made within this cluster.

Growth is in the organization's DNA, driven by an active buy-and-build strategy. Over the past two years, TSG acquired more than twenty companies, almost exclusively focused on new energy: from biogas plants and solar energy specialists to battery storage and high-voltage infrastructure.
