Injection Supervisor

1. Prepare annual plans within the scope of responsibility
2. Prepare training plans and conduct employee training
3. Control production to comply with the production PLAN
4. Control the operations of employees, LEADER, and SUB LEADER
5. Control the quality of the production process to meet standards
6. Control parts, production processes, quality inspection, as well as analyze and resolve problems within responsibility
7. Analyze and resolve problems in the production process
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
9. Prepare work to support new production
10. Improve tools and equipment in the production process
11. Report to supervisors immediately upon finding production problems
12. Define work standards, safety standards, and supervise to ensure compliance

Qualifications: Female, Age 25 - 40 years old Education: Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) - Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2 years or more in a supervisory role Can use computers well and has basic knowledge of English Able to solve immediate problems effectively
