TRUCK DRIVER

Responsibilities: Drive responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness. Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately. Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage. Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption. Maintain delivery logs and records accurately. Interact professionally with clients, providing courteous and helpful service. Obtain signatures or proof of delivery where required. Handle customer queries or concerns appropriately and escalate when necessary. Keep the truck clean and in good condition. Conduct basic vehicle maintenance such as checking oil, tires, and lights. Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance. Requirements: Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic rules. Time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina for loading/unloading goods. Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
