Business Development Manager (AdTech)

The Business:

This international AdTech company builds its own advertising technology and monetizes over 4 billion ad impressions worldwide every month. You'll join a small, motivated team, so your work is visible from day one, and the initiative you bring can take you into a leadership role, new markets or a completely different direction of your choice. Bring your ideas, sell ads seen by millions, and grow in any direction you choose.

What you'll do:

Find new clients and reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn, at events and through your network. Meet clients, learn about their goals and budget, and suggest the right advertising solution. Prepare offers and presentations, negotiate and close deals. Work with our ad operations and tech teams to launch the campaigns you sell. Grow relationships with existing clients through new products and long-term partnerships.

Don't worry about the very start. We'll give you a few leads to help you get comfortable with the product.

What will help you succeed:

Experience in B2B sales, from finding new clients to closing deals and keeping them coming back. A background in digital marketing, advertising, media or tech, and a basic feel for Google Analytics and ad metrics. Comfort with numbers, so you can back up your ideas and show clients why a solution is worth it. Curiosity to learn programmatic advertising. You don't need to be an AdTech expert on day one, we'll teach you the rest. Confidence in presenting ideas and negotiating deals (no matter if it's in Lithuanian or English).
