- Assist Project Managers to coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams on project and site matters.
- Monitor stock levels, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
- Assist with material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.
- Assist Project Managers to procedure workers movement chart.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports and other relevant records.
- Support project-related activities and other duties as assigned.
