Cybersecurity Program Manager - Freelance (REF05)

Mission Context

As part of a strategic cybersecurity program, we are looking for a freelance Cybersecurity Program Manager on behalf of a local bank based in Casablanca.

The mission consists of taking responsibility for achieving the objectives of the Bank's Cybersecurity program, while respecting the commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity's strategic orientations and the Sponsor's expectations. The consultant will manage the program's project portfolio as well as the associated budget envelope allowing its execution, and will ensure a functional and cross-functional management role for this portfolio.

Missions & Responsibilities

🎯 Be responsible for achieving the program objectives while respecting the commitments made to the Business, in compliance with the entity's strategic orientations and the Sponsor's expectations

• Be responsible for achieving the program objectives while respecting the budget, deadlines, and quality of deliverables
• Clarify and challenge the needs across the various axes of the program
• Define the objectives and completion deadlines for the projects constituting the program
• Manage risks that may arise during the execution of the program
• Ensure the proper alignment of needs and the resources necessary for the execution of the program
• Propose innovative solutions and/or services
• Identify the impacts of the program to anticipate and support the necessary changes on the entity's strategic level
• Organize and guarantee the transition through the appropriate governance bodies

📊 Manage the program's project portfolio as well as the associated budget envelope allowing its execution

• Measure and monitor the progress of the program
• Make decisions regarding impacts on costs, quality, and deadlines by integrating the created business value
• Guarantee the escalation of alerts when necessary, as well as high-quality and appropriate reporting
• Ensure interoperability testing of the deliverables for all projects
• Integrate change management into the program and contribute to it for the relevant activities
• Develop the program deployment plan with all stakeholders and guarantee its execution
• Guarantee the transition of projects into maintenance mode
• Perform the assessment and closure of the program

👥 Ensure a functional and cross-functional management role for a project portfolio

• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and clients of the program
• Supervise and coordinate the program teams
• Guarantee the monitoring of "program" objectives by the project team members
• Contribute, if necessary, to the evaluation of the program participants

🔗 Coordinate projects, manage interdependencies, and challenge implementation solutions

• Coordinate the proper execution of the program's projects with a view to maintaining global coherence and, if necessary, perform the required arbitrations
• Manage interdependencies between projects and ensure the proper management of interfaces between all actors
• Challenge implementation solutions from a perspective of simplification and optimization of the functional assets
