permits & licensing Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Permits & Licensing Engineer to manage the end-to-end permits process for our real estate developments. You will be the primary liaison between the company and all governmental authorities — including the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), city authorities, and utility providers — ensuring projects comply with local laws and regulations and secure all necessary approvals on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in permitting, governmental procedures, or authority coordination, preferably in real estate/construction.
• Previous experience dealing with NUCA and city authorities is required.
• Strong knowledge of local government regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions, authorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
