Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Partner with various teams to improve services through testing, workflow and best practice. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplift. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives. Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation, adding of workflow etc. Collaborate with delivery teams, to delivery service and project on time and to requirement while focusing on operation work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related environment
• Operating Systems (OS): RedHat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu
• Container Orchestration & Runtime: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Performance: Observability
• Understand SDLC and have some development knowledge
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, knowledge in Broadcom WMware is a plus
