Location: Central Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee engagement, HRIS and work pass matters. Oversee office administration and operations, including AP/AR, expense claims, company events, facilities, corporate services and workplace safety. Support corporate affairs, Board matters, audits, compliance and governance, including J-SOX internal controls and statutory requirements. Coordinate with the London Branch and overseas stakeholders on HR, administration and compliance matters. Manage government-related matters, memberships, grants, corporate banking administration and other corporate services. Support management on ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR, administration, corporate affairs, or office management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Positive attitude with an open and learning mindset to embrace new challenges. Able to work independently while also being a strong team player. Meticulous, organized, and detail oriented. Good numerical ability and a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
