Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Prepare quotations, order documents, correspondence and reports using approved information.
• Monitor and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices and other pending matters.
• Coordinate the flow of documents and information between Sales, Technical, Accounting & HR, customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and update price lists, product information, customer databases and related records.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and presentations, as well as prepare and maintain meeting minutes and related documentation.
• Handle routine customer requests and escalate commercial or technical matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond professionally to customer telephone enquiries during office hours and 24/7 emergency enquiries during weekly rotating duty when needed only (Rotating basis). Accurately capture and record enquiry details and promptly escalate them to the relevant personnel for follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in similar role.
