Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through both customer acquisition and retention, while maximizing profitability in alignment with defined targets.

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other lead generation strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to successful closure while staying informed on market trends and conditions.

Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to effectively engage potential clients.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep abreast of developments, trends, and challenges within the industry.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience in IT solution sales or systems integration may also be considered.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and systems integration is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) and order management systems to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.
