Urgent! Associate Trust Accountant (Training Provided, Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Analyzes and prepares monthly reports
• Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements
• Provide computation of monthly clients’ portfolio net asset value
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• At least 1 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
