Trade Finance and Treasury Officer (Oil Trading / 5 days work week / AWS + VB ) AL70

Job Summary Manage trade finance operations including document preparation, bank relations, and cash flow forecasting to support business transactions and compliance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of trade finance documents to support accurate and timely transactions Manage bank account opening, documentation, and ongoing maintenance to facilitate banking operations Build and sustain professional relationships with banks and counterparties to optimize trade finance services Negotiate and finalize Letter of Credit (LC) terms with buyers and sellers to secure favorable trade conditions Oversee shipment schedules and maintain comprehensive trade finance records to ensure transaction accuracy Manage inward and outward remittance transactions, loan settlements, and treasury product settlements to maintain financial integrity Forecast cash flow positions, including cash pooling management and borrowing needs, to support business liquidity Reconcile bank lines to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Monitor invoices, discounting, Letter of Indemnity (LOI) redemption, and other documents to comply with export LC terms and conditions Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in banking, accounting, or finance Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in trade finance or treasury activities Strong understanding of trade finance and treasury operations Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and team-oriented environment Demonstrate a positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and meticulous work attitude HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “ApplyNow” or submit your resume to  ref70@trustrecruit.com.sg Please include the followinginformation:
