Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless solutions.
- Support network solutions involving other vendors, including Fortinet and HPE Aruba.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including solution recommendations and customer troubleshooting.
- Perform network troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage service contracts, change requests and preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain network designs, configurations, technical documentation and service records.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches and enterprise networking solutions.
- Familiarity with firewalls, wireless networking, Fortinet or HPE Aruba will be an advantage.
