IT System Administrator / IT Support (Infrastructure, Troubleshooting)

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software and network operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and security measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Provide IT helpdesk and technical support to on-site and remote users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Servers, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN, NAS and firewalls.
• Monitor network security, user access, system backups and data protection, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to evaluate solutions, resolve technical issues and support system improvements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system upgrades and regular maintenance to ensure system performance.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, access permissions and equipment allocation.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records and management reports, while supporting IT budgeting and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, networking and end-user support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN, NAS and firewall administration.
