Responsibility: Lead HVAC design projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, and industrial facilities. Develop HVAC designs, calculations, layouts, specifications, and technical drawings. Prepare BIM models using Revit/SketchUp and review design submissions. Coordinate with consultants, PE/QP, LDIs, subcontractors, and project teams. Support BOQ, value engineering, tendering, and technical evaluations. Provide site support and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or other related courses.
