Export Shipping Executive (Manufacturing/ FMCG ) AL70

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with CEO to serve new/existing customers and provide feasiblelogistics solutions
• Preparation and managing of sales contracts and reports
• Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations
• Ensure that full set of export documents are kept in good order
• Book vessel space with shipping lines
• Provide booking confirmation to customers
• Sample submission to customers
• Courier shipping documents to customers
• Declare marine insurance
• Liaising with warehouse personnel related to stuffing issues
• Handle issues related to Direct sales
• Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave
• Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company
• Handle Export Marine Insurance Claim
• Monitor vessel ETD & update Navison
• Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field.
