Export Logistics Assistant (East/ Urgent hiring!)

Role: Export Logistics Assistant (Pharma products)

Salary: Basic 2.6k – 3k + AWS + VB Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Sat after probation)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and completion of pharma logistics shipments.
• Liasing with customers for shipment order.
• Booking of airfreight to airline and execution of AWBs (training will be provided).
• Updating import and export products inventories.
• Picking and packing of pharma products.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight or logistics industry.
• Minimum O-Level qualification and above.
• Customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in MS Excel.
