Your tasks

• Oversee stone care division setup and operations, including service planning, pricing, and SOP development.
• Recruit and manage technicians, equipment procurement, inventory, and site safety compliance.
• Develop client relationships and secure business opportunities for stone maintenance, restoration, and warranty services.
• Manage budgets, quotations, job costing, and revenue forecasting to drive business growth.
• Conduct site inspections, diagnose stone defects, and recommend suitable repair solutions.
• Assess warranty claims, identify defect causes, and coordinate rectification works with clients and contractors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
