Associate, Continuing Sponsorship (M&A, Training Provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise listed companies on continuing obligations and requirements under the SGX Listing Manual.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance, disclosure and regulatory compliance matters.
• Review corporate announcements, shareholder circulars, annual reports and other disclosure documents.
• Advise on corporate actions, significant transactions and other listing-related matters.
• Liaise with SGX RegCo, regulatory authorities, auditors, legal advisers and other stakeholders on listing and governance matters.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support to a portfolio of listed companies.
• Support clients on corporate actions, M&A activities and fundraising exercises, including placements and rights issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• With 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, corporate compliance, capital markets or corporate advisory.
• Working knowledge of the SGX Listing Manual, Singapore Companies Act and Securities and Futures Act.
• Excellent communication skill
• Good analytical, organisational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in listed company advisory, corporate actions, capital markets or regulatory compliance will be advantageous.
