• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Industrial Engineering team

• Definition of clear goals and responsibilities for team members

• Promotion of a motivating work environment and a culture of continuous improvement

• Further development of IE Shopfloor Management as well as ensuring a safe working environment

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of industrialization projects up to series production start

• Support of development projects, including prototype and pre-series construction as well as assembly reviews

• Identification and implementation of measures to optimize production processes and increase efficiency (Lean)

• Efficient planning and deployment of resources (personnel, budget, materials)

• Evaluation and integration of new technologies for the further development of production processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training (university, FH, HTL, HAK) or comparable qualification with several years of practical experience

• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment of working with teams

• Experience in the production environment or Industrial Engineering

• Knowledge of Lean Management and process optimization

• Experience in project management

• Understanding of production processes and manufacturing organization

• Good SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Very good MS Office knowledge, Power BI is an advantage

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication and assertiveness

The gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement of the Metalltechnischen Industrie for this function, upon fulfillment of all requirements, is at least € 4,354.45 (on a full-time basis). Depending on education and experience, significant overpayment is possible.
