Documentation Officer - Ocean Freight Position

• To handle import/export ocean freight shipments
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, coloaders, vendors/trucking companies, partners to handle smoothly (such as get cargo details/update shipment status, arrange booking, collection/delivery, send pre-alert documents ...)
• Prepare invoices and send to customer.
• Check bills and enter in our ERP system.
• Work closely with sales team.
• Male & Female - Under 30-year-old
• At least 2 years of working experience in required position.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
• Keen attention to details, with an ability to spot errors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, hard-working, high sense of responsibility
