diversity manager
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and highly detail-oriented Vape Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail location.
This is a hands-on management position requiring someone who understands the vape industry and is strong with inventory management, ordering, stock control, and organization.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage daily store operations
- Work a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends as needed
- Manage product ordering and stock levels
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory
- Monitor inventory and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate in-store and online inventory
- Manage and update the website, including products, pricing, and inventory
- Handle returns, defective products, RMAs, and supplier credits
- Supervise staff and ensure store procedures are followed
- Provide strong customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional store
- Ensure age-verification and applicable vaping regulations are followed
*Requirements*
- *Previous vape store experience is required*
- Strong knowledge of vaping products
- Excellent inventory-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with ordering, receiving, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Shopify or Shopify POS is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
We are looking for someone who notices issues and deals with them, rather than allowing tasks to pile up. Inventory accuracy is a major part of this position.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
