We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on matching top-tier talent with leading global firms across four booming sectors: Oil & Gas, Maritime, Engineering, and Construction. Depending on your strengths and our evolving desk structure, this position can accommodate either a delivery-focused candidate specialist or a full client-facing consultant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment activities across sectors such as engineering, construction, mining and marine. - Headhunt, qualify, and build deep talent pipelines of mid-to-senior technical professionals. - Support, develop, and maintain strong connections with both candidates and key industry clients. - Track major regional projects to identify key hiring trends.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within an agency environment. - A proven track record working within Oil & Gas, Maritime, Engineering, or Construction sectors. - Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with highly technical professionals. - Commercially minded, resilient, and driven to hit targets in a fast-paced market.
