Workday Integrations Consultant

EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST WebServices, XSLT/XML

Job Description:

• Assess and analyze integration requirements anddesign built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services
• Troubleshoot reported integration issues anddefects, translating them into clear technical specifications and actionableconfiguration or code changes.
• Manage the full incident and service requestlifecycle - including issue assessment, impact analysis, prioritization, build,SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Maintain integration documentation includingdata mapping and error-handling logic
• Collaborate with functional teams (HCM,Financials) across AMS and CR teams and external system owners on integrationdependencies
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarifyrequirements and manage expectations on SLAs for IR/SRs
• Track and report on IR/SR status and resolutionprogress

Required :

Hands-on Workday integrations experience(EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio); SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT; troubleshootingintegration errors and data mapping

Good to Have:

Workday Integrationscertification; advanced Workday Studio/XSLT; governance exposure in largeprogram environments, functional knowledge in Finance or HCM areas
