Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.  A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is highly desirable. Professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), CFA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred. Must meet applicable SEC and capital market regulatory requirements for the position. Minimum of 12–15 years' experience within investment banking, securities brokerage, stockbroking, capital markets, asset management or related financial services. At least 7 years of senior management or executive leadership experience within a regulated financial institution. Demonstrable track record in growing brokerage, securities trading, institutional relationships and/or capital markets businesses. Strong experience working with institutional investors, HNIs, corporates and other sophisticated market participants. Proven knowledge of the Nigerian capital markets, NGX operations and securities trading environment. Experience with financial advisory, corporate finance, capital raising or investment banking transactions is highly desirable.
