Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field is an advantage. Minimum of 8–12 years' experience in asset management, investment banking, corporate banking, wealth management, institutional sales, capital markets or a related financial services environment. At least 4–5 years in a senior institutional sales, relationship management, business development or commercial leadership role. Proven track record of acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients. Demonstrable experience in growing AUM and generating revenue through institutional and corporate relationships. Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, fixed income and capital markets. Experience working within a regulated financial services environment is essential. Knowledge of SEC regulations and the Nigerian capital markets will be an advantage.
