Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or another relevant discipline. A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage. Professional qualification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred. Must satisfy applicable SEC requirements and be eligible to serve as an SEC-sponsored individual, where required. Minimum of 8–10 years' relevant professional experience within investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, private equity, investment management, financial advisory or related capital markets environments.  At least 4–5 years in a senior corporate finance, investment, transaction advisory or portfolio/investment management role. Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, company valuation, investment analysis and transaction structuring. Proven experience in originating and executing corporate finance or investment transactions.
