  • About the role:

We’re hiring a creative, commercially minded doer who can turn ideas into marketing that drives real results. This is more than posting on social media: you’ll help attract customers, build trust, encourage product adoption, grow communities, and execute campaigns from concept to measurable outcome. You should be polished and engaging on camera, a strong writer, a curious learner, and a self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment without constant supervision.

What you’ll own

Content & on-camera storytelling. Develop, script, record, edit, and publish polished videos, product explainers, interviews, educational content, and social-first campaigns. Make financial topics accessible, engaging, and accurate.

Campaigns & growth. Create and execute marketing initiatives that support awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and product usage. Turn business priorities into persuasive ideas, test new channels, and refine what works.

Writing & digital marketing. Write excellent emails, newsletters, landing-page copy, blog posts, scripts, social captions, and push notifications. Learn and apply SEO, audience segmentation, analytics, and conversion-focused messaging.

Community & activations. Organise and promote webinars, live sessions, X Spaces, collaborations, and online community events; coordinate speakers, partners, registration, promotion, and follow-up.

Execution & ownership. Maintain content and campaign calendars, coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, report on outcomes, and proactively identify the next useful thing to do—even after scheduled posts are published.

What makes you a strong fit •

  • Confident, articulate and credible on camera, with a warm, professional presentation style.
  • An excellent writer who can simplify complex ideas and motivate audiences to act.
  • Creative and hands-on with video production/editing and tools such as CapCut, Canva, or equivalents.
  • Commercially curious: you care about sign-ups, engagement, conversions, and adoption—not vanity metrics alone.
  • Highly organised, dependable, proactive, and able to communicate progress and deliver remotely.
  • Open to learning SEO, email marketing, performance analytics, AI tools, and new distribution channels.
  • Interested in fintech and investing, and committed to researching financial claims carefully.

Relevant experience is helpful, but demonstrated creativity, communication, initiative, and follow-through matter more than years on a CV.

Application Assessment

We want to see how you communicate, create, think commercially, and independently turn an idea into action. Imagine you are marketing a fintech investing platform to people who are new to investing. Please complete all three tasks.

Task 1- On-camera content

Record a 45–90 second video that makes the idea of getting started with investing accessible and compelling for a beginner. Appear on camera and speak directly to the audience; include a strong opening hook, a clear takeaway, and a call to action. Show your creativity through storytelling, framing, editing, or visuals. Keep financial claims responsible and accurate.

Task 2 - Writing & conversion

Create the following for the same investing platform:

  • One persuasive marketing email (subject line plus body) encouraging a registered user who has not yet invested to take a first step.
  • One concise push notification supporting that objective.
  • One SEO-friendly blog title and a three-point outline relevant to first-time investors.

Task 3 - Initiative & campaign execution

In 300 words or fewer, propose one practical initiative to reach or engage new investors, for example, a live session, webinar, creator collaboration, educational series, or community activation.

Explain (1) the idea and why it could work, (2) your first five execution steps, (3) how you would promote it, and (4) two metrics you would use to assess results. We are evaluating judgment, organisation, resourcefulness, and follow-through—not asking for a full marketing strategy.

How to apply

  • Submit your CV and all three completed assessment tasks.
  • Place your video recording and written submissions in one Google Drive folder and share a viewable link (ensure access is enabled).
  • Send to HR@TROVEAPP.CO with subject: Content & Marketing Creative – [Your Name].
  • KINDLY INCLUDE YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION / MONTHLY COMPENSATION PACKAGE.
  • Deadline: NOVEMBER 11, 2026

A note on assessment participation

Participation is voluntary. We understand that applicants may prefer not to share original creative ideas or work samples; that is entirely their choice. However, completing the assessment is a required part of this recruitment process, so applicants who are not comfortable participating should not apply. We will review submissions for hiring purposes only; applicants retain ownership of their original work, and we will not use their submissions commercially without separate permission—estimated assessment time: approximately 2–3 hours. We value thoughtful, practical work over unnecessary polish or lengthy submissions.
