We are looking for a personality who wants to bring experience in Process Engineering from a medical technology company and actively shape the further development of modern production processes.

Your tasks:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Process Engineering team
  • Responsibility for stable, high-performance, and sustainably controlled production processes
  • Development and implementation of a future-oriented validation strategy
  • Planning, execution, and documentation of process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Ensuring the permanently validated state of all production processes
  • Management of technical changes within the framework of the Change Control process
  • Continuous optimization of existing manufacturing processes
  • Support for the industrialization of new products and production processes
  • Responsibility for process transfers into series production

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or scientific studies
  • Several years of leadership experience in Process Engineering within a manufacturing company
  • Very good knowledge of the requirements according to ISO 13485
  • Several years of practical experience with equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Experience in a cleanroom environment and with highly automated production systems
  • Knowledge in Change Management as well as in continuous process improvement
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Good English skills for international cooperation
  • Experience within medical technology or a comparably strongly regulated production environment
