The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A proactive and positive approach with a desire to learn and develop in recruitment. Benefits & Package (full-time equivalent): Basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) Quarterly bonus scheme Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm, Friday 8.30am – 1pm (37.5 hours) 33 days holiday inc bank holidays Wellness scheme of £50 per month Hybrid working after training period (2 days from home)
