The Role Trostan Dene are supporting a technology service provider in Chorley in finding a Billing Analyst to support the Billing Manager in delivering accurate data reporting to their customers and internal stakeholder. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and meeting monthly deadlines. Input and maintain billing data within the Ability system. Check and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues when required. Deal with internal and customer billing queries. Load, reconcile and validate supplier CDRs, challenging inaccuracies. Work with the billing system provider on system updates, loaders and issues. Maintain tariffs, destination tables and other billing system information. Produce customer reports and support revenue assurance, system testing and ad hoc projects.
