Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis ,Cairo Egypt at HQ Office .This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The position involves supporting leaders with workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and performance management activities. The Senior Executive will handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contribute to initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture. The role also collaborates with management on HR reporting, continuous improvement of HR systems, and implementation of best practices across the organization.
Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting multi-site or hospitality operations.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including HR administration, documentation, and HR information systems.
Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful work environment.
Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse staff populations.
Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry and familiarity with Egypt’s labor regulations are highly beneficial.
