Main Responsibilities

Research, generate, and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) from targeted sectors and vertical markets.

Interact with, follow up on, and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) coming from online forms, calls, emails, and chat.

Create an excellent first impression with prospects and clients by providing an exceptional customer-centric experience.

Identify client needs and pain points to assess whether the Trolley solution adequately meets their requirements.

Manage the existing client database using Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring all communications are logged and followed up on.

Collaborate with the sales manager to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Perform any other related tasks or responsibilities as defined by the leadership team.

Profile Sought

Two (2) or more years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in solution selling or a technology context.

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Strong interest in technology sales and excellent technical aptitude.

Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening skills as well as clear verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.

Ability to perform in a dynamic, quota-driven environment.

Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.

Experience with a sales CRM (Salesforce is an asset).

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
