Commercial Sales Manager

• Do you have at least 5 years of commercial B2B experience, preferably in the transport sector?
• Do you speak and write excellent English?
• Are you willing to travel up to 50% of your time?

In this role, you will:

• Develop the strategic and annual commercial plan, with concrete actions for the short and long term.
• Win new customers and further expand existing relationships with medium and large customers.
• Act as a sparring partner for purchasing managers at large multinationals in a B2B environment.
• Represent the company at customers, trade fairs, and congresses throughout Central Europe.
• Translate market trends and competition into opportunities for our organization.
• Establish rates and agreements and onboard new customers in collaboration with planning and finance.
• Report directly to the CEO and be a member of the management team.

We are looking for a commercial talent with the following requirements:

• A master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B role, preferably in the transport sector.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
• An empathic and independent working attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.
