Your tasks

• Lead and Oversee: Guide a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
• Support Process Engineering: Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly and recommend effective countermeasures.
• Maintain Equipment Integrity: Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
• Optimize Operations: Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
• Train and Develop: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• Key Attributes: Strong analytical and technical report writing skills, leadership qualities, initiative, drive, commitment, ability to handle pressure, and excellent communication skills.

What we offer

• Remuneration Package: Up to $3,300 + Fixed Allowances of $1,100
• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided at Designated Points)
• Shift Job: 12 Hours, Rotating AM and PM Shifts
