What awaits you:
- Independent organization and processing of national and international shipping processes
- Creation, checking, and management of all relevant shipping, customs, and export documents
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring of transports in cooperation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Contact person for customers, authorities, and internal departments
- Monitoring of deliveries as well as processing of deviations, complaints, and transport disruptions
- Maintenance and updating of shipping-relevant data in the ERP-System
- Ensuring compliance with customs, foreign trade, and transport law regulations
- Participation in the continuous optimization of logistical workflows and processes
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, or foreign trade, or alternatively a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the areas of shipping, export processing, or logistics
- Knowledge in handling shipping and customs documents as well as a good understanding of customs and foreign trade processes
- Confident handling of common MS-Office applications and experience working with ERP-Systems
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Organizational skills as well as strong communication skills
