What awaits you:

• Planning and coordination of national as well as international transports
• Creation and processing of transport, export, and dangerous goods relevant documents
• Processing of export shipments taking into account country- and customer-specific requirements
• Monitoring of transport processes as well as initiation of suitable measures in case of deviations
• Contact person for internal departments, customers, and transport service providers for transport-relevant questions
• Processing of complaints as well as close coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Ensuring a smooth and on-time transport process

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, or foreign trade, alternatively a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in transport management, logistics, or export processing
• Knowledge in handling MS Office as well as ideally initial experience with SAP
• Experience in the field of dangerous goods and customs processing is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as a service-oriented appearance when dealing with internal and external contact persons
• Teamwork skills and organizational talent
