What to expect:

• Support of sales with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
• Coordination of sales-relevant processes for customers in the European market
• Coordination with internal specialist departments such as production, logistics, or development
• Preparation of meetings as well as compilation of relevant data and reports
• Representation of the responsible Sales Managers in internal coordination rounds or projects
• Support with topics related to supply chains and material availability
• Maintenance and evaluation of sales-related data in the corresponding systems

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in a coordinating or administrative function, ideally in a sales environment
• Confident handling of Microsoft-Office, ideally SAP
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high service orientation and commitment
• Communication and teamwork skills
