Are you an ERP System Administrator with experience in application support, process optimization and ideally proALPHA? • Translation of technical requirements into functional and technical specifications as well as ERP documentation
• Support, adaptation and further development of the ERP system proALPHA
• Development of practical test scenarios and support during go-live phases
• Collaboration and coordination of international ERP projects
• Quality assurance of programming orders as well as management of external service providers
• Support and training of key users
• Planning and moderation of workshops at eye level

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the IT field
• Several years of experience in ERP application support, ideally with proALPHA
• Enjoyment of process optimization, project work and ERP-related consulting
• Good knowledge along the value chain from order to supplier
• Confident handling of SQL and Progress databases
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and good written and spoken English
• proALPHA certifications are an advantage, but not a must
