We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Travel Agent/Customer Service Role* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans, managing reservations, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.

*Experience:* Prior experience as a travel agent, reservation agent, or in a related role is preferred.

*Skills:*

• Fluent in Cantonese , Mandarin and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
