*Responsibilities*

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
  • Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, maintaining food freshness, and adhering to proper food safety protocols

*Requirements*

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
  • Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
  • Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures within the food industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
