Finance Team Lead

OBSIDIAN MANAGEMENT GROUP IS HIRING! Location: Cipete, South Jakarta | Full WFO Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning & budgeting
• ⁠Analyze financial performance ⁠to support business decisions
• ⁠Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability optimization
• ⁠Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls
• ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, accounting, tax, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ⁠Min 2 years of experience in finance/accounting as a senior / leader / SPV / manager with strong leadership mindset
• ⁠Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, modeling)
